:: Lost Property ::

Taxi regulations state that all property lost in a taxi must be handed in to the nearest 24 hour police station as soon as possible, although we can assist in finding the vehicle where the property was lost.

To assist us in finding the vehicle, please have either a vehicle registration number, pickup address, approximate time of pickup or an EFTPOS transaction receipt.

A small tip for lost mobile phones:
Try to ring your mobile number as soon as you realise you have lost it. The person who found it may answer or if it is still in the taxi, the driver will be able to locate it easier.
