Peninsula Taxis are happy to offer any country taxi service the option of joining their state of the art call centre. As we are a country taxi service ourselves, we know the importance of personalised, friendly service for the local customers.

As a member of our call centre we offer the following:

  • 24hour, 7 day per week telephone answering by on-site call centre staff.
  • Computerised job despatch via the Smartmove despatch system.
  • Minimum of two dedicated telephone lines. Number varies by call volume.
  • Mid week night car call out service to allow late night drivers to go home when quiet.
  • Wheelchair taxi booking rostering if required. WAT vehicles are given list of bookings for the day when signing on in the morning.
  • Fax booking service.
  • Online real time web booking service for regular customers.

We also offer the following services at no extra cost if required:

  • EFTPOS funds transfer. Funds transferred once per week direct to nominated bank account.
  • M40 & TSO processing and funds transfer. Funds transferred once per month.
